Export-O-Matic is a Google Sheets add-on that allows users to export the active sheet as a PDF and the workbook as an XLSX file.

1. Information We Access

When you use AutoExport, the add-on may access:

- The contents of the active Google Spreadsheet and active sheet

- Formatting and rich text content needed to prepare exported files

- Basic account authorization information provided through Google's authorization process

2. How We Use Information

Export-O-Matic uses this information solely to:

- Temporarily modify specified spreadsheet formatting when needed for export

- Generate PDF and XLSX export files

- Return those files to the user for download

3. Data Storage and Retention

Export-O-Matic does not permanently store spreadsheet contents, exported files, or personal data on external servers controlled by the developer.

Any spreadsheet data accessed by the add-on is used only during the export process and only for the purpose of completing the requested export.

4. Data Sharing

Export-O-Matic does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data may be transmitted only to Google services as necessary to perform the requested export and operate within the Google Workspace environment.

5. Security

Users may stop using Export-O-Matic at any time. Users may also revoke the add-on's access through their Google account permissions settings.
